Welcome to Bloom Agency, where fashion, production, wellness, and creativity intersect.
Established in 2017, Bloom Beauty Collective began as an event production company curating immersive experiences in the apparel and fashion industry of the NW. Since then, we have evolved into a boutique full-service agency, uniting BIPOC creative entrepreneurs to create impactful branded media content.
Today, BLOOM proudly represents a culturally diverse talent pool and creative entrepreneurs, fostering collaborations and facilitating hands-on projects and workshops within the creative and wellness industry. We are committed to giving back to the community through mentorship and internship programs, nurturing the next generation of creative entrepreneurs through our non-profit initiative, Bloom By Design.

Community
Bloom is dedicated to empowering the community and nurturing the next generation of creative entrepreneurs. We curate impactful events, including industry-leading panels and our renowned Bloom Runway, the largest Black-led fashion show in the Northwest. Our mission is to infuse ancestral beauty into branding, lifestyle, and production, creating a platform for diverse talents to shine and thrive.
Production
Behind the scenes, we are the driving force of all things production. Our casting calls and talent searches open doors for aspiring diverse models and talent who are eager to make their mark in the industry.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed to elevate the skills and inspire talent while raising awareness about the importance of Diversity and Inclusion. We recognize that the lack of diversity and inclusivity remains one of the industry’s most significant challenges, and we are committed to addressing and overcoming this issue.

Abibat Durosimi is dedicated to empowering underrepresented communities in the creative industries by connecting them with valuable opportunities, mentorship, and internships. She aims to break down barriers and promote diversity and inclusion. Through her vast industry network, Abibat helps individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals, contributing to a more diverse and vibrant creative landscape.
